RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Due to COVID-19 we do not offer returns on items unless the item is damaged or faulty. If your item is damaged or faulty please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Contact us via our email or socials and we will respond within 3 business days.
To be eligible (if applicable) for a return, your item must be returned with original packaging (box/dust bag), and must have a proof of purchase (order number).

Mixi reserves the right to deny a return of an item we believe isn't in the same condition we sent it in.

REFUNDS


if your order is refunded and you haven't received your payment yet, Contact your credit/debit card company. Please note that they may be a processing time before the refund enters your account. Also if we send a refund to you and the money does not reach your account please contact us to find the best solution for you.
