Do you ship overseas (outside of Australia)?

No, we do not unfortunately. We only ship within Australia but are hoping to ship worldwide soon. Subscribe to our email list to be alerted when we do.

Do you have Afterpay?

We are working on adding features like Afterpay, however, we do not have afterpay available yet.

How long does it take for my order to be packed and shipped?

We aim to pack orders within the first 24 hours of purchase but our expected processing times is 1-3 business days. 

*Please note we do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

What are your return and refund policies?

RETURNS/EXCHANGE

Due to COVID-19 we do not offer returns on items unless the item is damaged or faulty. If your item is damaged or faulty please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Contact us via our email, the contact page on our website or any of our social media and we will respond within 3 business days.

To be eligible (if applicable) for a return, your item must be returned with original packaging (box/dust bag), and you must have proof of purchase (order number).

Mixi Collections reserves the right to deny a return of an item we believe isn't in the same condition we sent it in. For anymore information, feel free to contact us.

REFUNDS

If your order is refunded and you haven't received your payment yet, Contact your credit/debit card company. Please note that they may be a processing time before the refund enters your account. Also if we send a refund to you and the money does not reach your account please contact us to find the best solution for you.
